1. Preparation Times and Minimum Lead Time:
- Standard Preparation Products (small desserts, cookies): Preparation time is usually faster. If you place your order before 10:00 a.m., it might be available for delivery on the same day (subject to availability) or the next day.
- Special Cakes and Large Orders: To ensure freshness and the quality of decoration, these orders require a minimum lead time.
- We recommend ordering at least 48 business hours in advance.
- For custom or large cakes, the lead time might be 6 business days.
2. Delivery Times (Transit):
Once your order is ready, the transit time will depend on the selected shipping method and your location:
- Standard Local Delivery (City/Metropolitan Area):
- Delivery usually takes place within a range of 5 hours after the order leaves our bakery, or within the time window you selected at checkout.
- Important: Please allow for a tolerance of 30 minutes over the scheduled time due to traffic and the logistics of transporting delicate products.
- Shipping to Other Cities/Nationally (Applies only to non-refrigerated products):
- If the product allows (e.g.: certain types of cookies or dry baked goods), the delivery time may be 72 business hours (Standard Shipping) or 24 hours (Urgent Shipping), depending on the third-party courier service.
3. How do I know the exact delivery date?
- The estimated delivery date and time are confirmed in your order confirmation email.
- For out-of-town shipments, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's status.
4. Delivery Schedule:
Our general delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, only a range, due to the perishable nature of our products and the delivery routes.
5. What if I am not home?
If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you at the provided numbers. If we are unable to reach you and the delivery cannot be completed, the product must be picked up at our store the same day to ensure its freshness. Otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation with no possibility of refund due to the perishable nature of the item.
